The price depends on your configuration and billing period. Before paying, you will see the total along with any discounts, taxes and additional charges.
Does renewal keep the original purchase price?
The renewal price may differ from what you first paid. Your quote uses current prices, your configuration and any discounts you qualify for. A coupon used for the original order does not carry over automatically, so check the total before confirming.
How much is refunded for early cancellation?
When you choose to cancel, you will see an estimated refund before confirming. It is based on the service price you paid, the time remaining and your account policy. VAT, licence fees and additional resources are excluded. The refund reaches your wallet once the resources have been successfully reclaimed.
Does Cloud Server include backups?
Check your plan or ask support whether backups are included. Keep a separate copy of important data, especially before reinstalling the operating system, making major changes or cancelling your service.
